Ebony’s Death: Millicent Addo Koranteng of Nkwanta Community Day SHS writes

Oh!!!Sis ebony
The inevitable man of this nature
The wicked nature of death
You cuddle me anyhow
You come haphazardly
Take my soul leaving my immovable body. Hmmm
You are such a wicked person
Why do you take people I have at (heart). My heart is kicking, ahhhh!!!
Oh! death so wicked as you are
I move round my body weeping
I see my family crying
I call out loudly and no one responds
I see my body carried away
My mother shouting and wanting
To hold me making comments ahhhh! Ebony
Awww!! You make me nothing
Before people in seconds
My heart beats like a drum called for dance
My child, my family!! Ahh!! am
Responsible for this people
How do they live now?
Bring me back to say a word to my fans
I see people call ebony, ebony oh!
Sister ebony. Bye to you all my fans
Ahhhhhh!!!! My foes are happy, dancing gaily, going to party my death
May your soul rest in peace
Sis… Ebonyyyyyyyyy
Sometimes some parts of our
Journey is sooooo dark
Crowded with leaves, mushy with
Water, stain with dirt.
Life is soon complicated..

  1. Hmmm..that is what the inevitability of death does best….
    nice piece Milli..

  2. Francis Kwashie Yewenu

Great piece, but no one will leave this world if he does not finished the task assigned him by his maker.

It may be debatable but this is what I believe about every phenomenon.

As human, we say she should rest in peace.
