2018 LAW STUDENTS UNION ELECTIONS; A CLASH OF TITANS

The Law Students Union(LSU) of the University of Professional Studies, Accra(UPSA) will on Thursday the 26th of April 2018 hold its maiden elections. According to the Interim Electoral Commissioner, Mr Frank Wilberforce, the elections will be a clash of titans since all the aspirants vying for the various portfolios in the union have equal strength and capabilities.

He further stated that all the aspirants have met the Union’s constitutional academic requirement to render them eligible to contest.

“They all have great listening and communication skills,they are also approachable and friendly and notably,they all have high confidence in winning the forthcoming elections”, He stated.

The elections which will commence from 8am and end on 6pm on the said date will see aspirants vying for the following positions:
PRESIDENT
GENERAL SECRETARY
ORGANISING SECRETARY
TREASURER.
