Leila Djansi is not happy that her colleague film maker Socrate Sarfo is lobbying aggressively for Deputy Minister for Art, Culture and Tourism.
The female filmmaker based in the States has categorically expressed her displeasure when she openly on social media asked Ghana’s parliament to invite her help in the vetting of Socrate Sarfo he should be nominated for the position.
Her reason is that, Socrate Sarfo will ruin the industry because he has nothing good to offer when given that nod as Deputy Minister for the creative industry.
“Who do I see lobbying aggressively for deputy minister of film, tourism and culture in Ghana?
Please invite me to the vetting. Y’all must be planning to ruin the film industry. By their fruits!
Please go to GHAFTA and find a capable hand.”
